Data is not sold or rented. Newsletter email addresses are processed by Postmark, our email delivery provider, only to deliver requested messages and manage delivery.

Newsletter subscription is optional and requires an affirmative, unchecked consent action followed by email confirmation. We retain the email address and consent evidence while the subscription is active. A user can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email; after withdrawal, we retain only the limited suppression and consent information needed to respect that choice and demonstrate compliance.
